NOVELTY - Graphene composite electrode material comprises lithium ion battery electrode material, which is coated on surface of graphene. The thickness of graphene is 0.3-5 nanometre. USE - Graphene composite electrode material used in electrochemical energy storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite electrode material is prepared in simple manner. The product has high controllability and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene composite electrode material, which involves : (A) calcining lithium ion battery electrode material; (B) cooling; and (C) introducing a carbon source for chemical vapor deposition reaction to obtain graphene composite electrode material.
