▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based non-periodic structured ultra-wideband absorber consists of a metal sheet layer, an wave-absorbing layer, dielectric layer, and a bias layer including a silicon layer, an insulating dielectric layer and a graphene layer, in order. The graphene layer and the silicon layer are respectively connected with positive and negative electrodes of the bias voltage. The graphene layer consists of graphene-based display units in a two-dimensional direction in the form of a display. USE - Graphene-based non-periodic structured ultra-wideband absorber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based non-periodic structured ultra-wideband absorber has simple structure, and excellent polarization-insensitive properties.
