NOVELTY - Producing environmentally-friendly medium voltage power cable, comprises (i) twisting many wire cores to form a cable core, (ii) coating insulating shielding layer on the outside of the cable core, (iii) coating metal layer on the outside of the insulating shielding layer, (iv) coating inner sheath by cladding the metal layer, (v) covering inner sheath with metal armor layer, and (vi) coating outer sheath by cladding the metal armor layer. USE - The method is useful for producing environmentally-friendly medium voltage power cable. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly medium voltage power cable has improved tear resistance, physical properties, flame retardancy and aging resistance through the fusion of a variety of specific compounds.
