▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing dispersion strengthened copper-based composite material involves (i) mixing copper salt solution and oxide reinforcement dispersion to form main salt solution, (ii) stirring the main salt solution while dripping the reducing agent solution to react, washing and drying the reaction product to obtain composite material powder, and (iii) performing reduction treatment and plasma vacuum sintering on the composite material in sequence to obtain the product. USE - Method useful for preparing dispersion strengthened copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the main material and the copper salt solution, prepares the composite powder by molecular-level blending method, realizes the uniform dispersion of the reinforcing portion in the copper substrate, is easy to control the particle size of the reinforcing portion particles and controls the content of the reinforcing body, improves the mechanical property, and improves the deficiency of the existing preparation technique to a certain extent.
