NOVELTY - Preparing high-compactness graphene film comprises (1) using graphene oxide slurry A as precursor, and preparing graphene oxide film by suction filtration or slurry coating, (2) thermally reducing graphene oxide film in vacuum or inert atmosphere to remove non-carbon atoms, (3) soaking the reduced graphene oxide film into graphene oxide slurry B, and vacuumizing to 10Kpa to complete the soaking process, (4) repeating the steps (2) and (3) until the weight and volume density of the reduced graphene oxide film no longer increase, and (5) heating the graphene film after the soaking treatment in a protective atmosphere to complete the graphitization process, and forming dense graphene film. USE - The graphene film is useful in field of horizontal temperature equalization of electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has fewer pores and higher thermal conductivity.
