NOVELTY - A graphene carbide composition comprises 24-50 wt.% graphene crystal grains, 2-10 wt.% silicon carbide wafer, 30-45 wt.% silicon carbide grains, 1-10 wt.% boron carbide particles and 4-11 wt.% alumina embedded particles. USE - Graphene carbide composition. ADVANTAGE - The graphene carbide composition has improved strength, hardness, conductivity performance and increased application range due to the addition of silicon. The alumina embedded particles can be mixed evenly with other materials.
