▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength fatigue-resistant conductive drug-loaded hydrogel comprises (i) dissolving the mucopolysaccharide in deionized water evenly, adding glycidyl methacrylate, heating, adjusting the pH value to weak acidity, reacting, dialyzing and freeze-drying to obtain mucopolysaccharides modified with carbon-carbon double bonds; (ii) dissolving the carbon-carbon double bond modified mucopolysaccharide in deionized water, adding an oxidant, reacting, dialyzing and freeze-drying to obtain the functionalized mucopolysaccharide; and (iii) adding the conductive material into the phosphate buffer saline solution, dispersing ultrasonically the conductive material, adding natural active ingredients, acrylic acid/acrylamide and the functionalized mucopolysaccharide into the above solution in sequence, shaking evenly and irradiating under ultraviolet light condition. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength fatigue-resistant conductive drug-loaded hydrogel is useful in the field of biomedical materials (claimed), preferably in the fields of myocardial repair, cardiac tissue engineering and biomedicine. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares high-strength fatigue-resistant conductive drug-loaded hydrogel with good mechanical properties, excellent electrical conductivity and slow-release effect on natural active ingredients; and can meet the uninterrupted contraction and stretching environment of the myocardium and the physiological microenvironment of electrical conduction and weaken myocardial fibrosis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high-strength fatigue-resistant conductive drug-loaded hydrogel, prepared as mentioned above.
