NOVELTY - Automobile bumper comprises 70-90 pts. wt. polypropylene matrix, 15-25 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 3-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl pyrrolidone, 1-3 pts. wt. nano molybdenum disulfide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene powder, 20-30 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 2-5 pts. wt. seaweed fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate crystal whisker, 3-6 pts. wt. lauryl acrylate, 1-3 pts. wt. wollastonite and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. titanic acid ester coupling agent. USE - Used as automobile bumper. ADVANTAGE - The automobile bumper: can meets the requirements of light weight; has excellent impact resistance, flame retardant and other properties through a two-phase composite system of net structure + hole structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the automobile bumper, comprising (i) mixing polypropylene matrix, polyolefin elastomer and polyvinyl pyrrolidone, melting and mixing to uniform at 160-180 degrees C, then adding glycerol, heating to 260-280 degrees C at a rate of 3-5 degrees C/minute, keeping the temperature and reacting for 5-10 minute to obtain the material A; (ii) uniformly mixing nano molybdenum disulfide, nano silicon dioxide, graphene powder and absolute ethanol to obtain the material B, adding material B into step (i), and stirring and reacting for 25-35 minutes at 80-100 degrees C to obtain the material C; (iii) adding seaweed fiber to the material C in the step (ii), magnesium sulfate whisker and lauryl acrylate, heating to 140-160 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 30-50 minutes to obtain the material D; (iv) reacting wollastonite and titanic acid ester coupling agent to obtain modified aedelforsite, then adding in step (iii), continuously stirring and reacting for 25-45 minutes at 160-180 degrees C to obtain the material E; (v) placing the material E obtained in step (iv) into a double-screw extruder, controlling the rotating speed of the screw at 42-50 revolutions/minute at 180-220 degrees C, fully plasticizing by double-screw extruder, melting, compounding, extruding, bracing, cutting and cooling to obtain the composite material for automobile bumper the obtained composite material for bumper injection molding machine is injection molded to obtain the finished product, the injection temperature is 210-230 degrees C, the injection time is 16-25 seconds, the automobile bumper the integrally formed outer surface for spraying sand polishing, spraying, waxing, namely obtaining the automobile bumper.
