▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene load IB-Group VIIIB metal nano-particle composite material involves dissolving metal precursor salt of M chloride, acetate or nitrate in de-ionized water, where metal precursor concentration is 1-10 millimole/L, and adding acid to adjust the pH value to 5-7 at normal temperature. The oxidized graphite is subjected to ultrasonic stripping to obtain an oxidized graphene solution prepared by adjusting the pH value to 9-12 and graphene content of 0.1-10 mg/mL. USE - Method for preparing graphene load IB-Group VIIIB metal nano-particle composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene load IB-Group VIIIB metal nano-particle composite material that is controllable, has small particle diameter, stable structure and uniform distribution, provides cheap catalytic material for catalytic reaction, and in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene load IB-Group VIIIB metal nano-particle composite material involves dissolving metal precursor salt of M chloride, acetate or nitrate in de-ionized water, where metal precursor concentration is 1-10 millimole/L, and adding acid to adjust the pH value to 5-7 at normal temperature. The oxidized graphite is subjected to ultrasonic stripping to obtain an oxidized graphene solution prepared by adjusting the pH value to 9-12 and graphene content of 0.1-10 mg/mL. The precursor solution of copper and M is added into graphene oxide solution under normal temperature, and stirred to mix completely. The reducing agent sodium borohydride solution is added in ice bath for 30-60 minutes, stirred and reacted at normal temperature for 6-12 hours to obtain black suspension. The black suspension is filtered and washed with deionized water. The washed black suspension is dried at 30-80 degrees C in vacuum to obtain graphene load IB-Group VIIIB metal nano-particle composite material. The M is iron, cobalt or nickel.
