NOVELTY - Permanent conductive, and antistatic soft polyvinyl chloride material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 30-100 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-6 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 0-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 1.5-7 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, 20-30 pts. wt. conductive masterbatch, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0-50 pts. wt. inorganic filler and 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The material is useful in chemical industry, coal, building decoration and radio communication. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures the surface resistance level of the product without using a solvent; reduces the amount of conductive filler; promotes material dispersion; reduces internal defects; improves material mechanical properties; prepares polyvinyl chloride material with adjustable surface resistance from 103-106Ω; uniformly disperses the conductive filler; reduces the consumption of the conductive filler; and improves the mechanical strength of product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material, comprising (i) uniformly mixing EVA resin, polyethylene wax, conductive filler, EVA-g-MAH, hexadecyl trimethylammonium bromide, and thermally extruding and granulating by parallel double-screw to obtain conductive masterbatch, (ii) fully mixing polyvinyl chloride resin, heat stabilizer, plasticizer, lubricant and processing auxiliary agent, heating to the first temperature and stirring, adding coupling agent and inorganic filler, continuously stirring at the first temperature, then adding graphene and conductive masterbatch and stirring, heating to the second temperature and continuously stirring, and cooling to the third temperature to obtain the pre-mixture, and (iii) placing the pre-mixture into a double-screw extruder for extruding and granulating to obtain a finished product.
