NOVELTY - Graphite is mixed with sulfuric acid, nitric acid, perchloric acid, and other strong acids and strong oxidizing agents, and electrochemical peroxidation is carried out. The resultant mixture is hydrolyzed to obtain 0.1-50% graphite oxide aqueous solution. The obtained aqueous solution is added to drying chamber through atomizer, and the material is atomized by microwave dissociation. The resultant material is reduced, and subjected to cyclone collector by flowing air. The resultant graphene is unloaded into a bag through airlock. USE - Manufacture of graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device for the production of graphene includes a microwave chamber, spray-drying apparatus, cyclone collector, airlock unloader and exhaust pipe. The spray-drying apparatus is provided in the microwave chamber. The spray-drying apparatus has atomizer and drying chamber. The atomizer is provided in the upper portion of the drying chamber. The cyclone collector and drying chamber are connected through a connecting pipe. The bottom portion of the cyclone collector is provided with air discharge material. The top portion of the cyclone collector is provided with an exhaust pipe. Graphite is mixed with sulfuric acid, nitric acid, perchloric acid, and other strong acids and strong oxidizing agents, and electrochemical peroxidation is carried out. The resultant mixture is hydrolyzed to obtain 0.1-50% graphite oxide aqueous solution. The obtained aqueous solution is added to drying chamber through atomizer, and the material is atomized by microwave dissociation. The resultant material is reduced, and subjected to cyclone collector by flowing air. The resultant graphene is unloaded into a bag through airlock.
