NOVELTY - The radiating structure based on thermoelectric cooler (TEC) comprises a radiating upper cover (1), a TEC module (2), a graphite thin component, a heating part (4) and a driving piece (5). The radiating upper cover is arranged above the TEC module. The TEC module is arranged between the radiating upper cover and a graphene assembly (3). The heating part is arranged below the graphene assembly. The driving piece is set on a lower part of the heating part. The graphene assembly is set as a disk with concave middle part. A driving rod of the driving piece passes through the heating part, and is fixed with an edge of the graphene assembly. The graphene assembly is set with a heat conducting state propped against the radiating upper cover and a non-heat conducting state separated from the radiating upper cover. USE - Radiating structure based on thermoelectric cooler (TEC) for use in a small power electronic device for outdoor application of traffic class scene and vehicle scene. ADVANTAGE - The structure adopts the radiating mode of flexible graphene and TEC under the different environment temperature of the whole year, uses different heat conducting mode, so that the TEC radiating fin is not needed to work in most of the time of each year, and only needs to radiate passively on the one hand, and saves the power consumption on the other hand, and the working time of TEC is reduced, and the service life of the TEC is prolonged. The noise is small, the reliability is high, and the noise is reduced.
