The material is continously in the calcining chamber, add fuel combustion inthe upper combustion chamber. The combustion generating high temperature flue gas enters the calcining chamber through the air hole of the gasguide pipe, calcinating the material. The gas after calcining enters into the lower combustion chamber through the gas guide pipe. The gas is heat-absorbing and storing energy by the lower heat accumulator. USE - Method for producing alkali-free accelerating agent. ADVANTAGE - The method has high productivity and energy is fully recycled.
