NOVELTY - Recycling waste lithium iron phosphate battery comprises curing anode active powder recovered from waste lithium-iron phosphate battery, and leaching to obtain leaching liquid, where the leaching process uses two-stage countercurrent leaching, orderly adding iron powder and aluminum into leaching agent to obtain impurity-removing lixivium, mixing phosphorus source, acid and oxidant with impurity-removing lixivium, and filtering to obtain iron phosphate and filtrate, where phosphorus source is at least one phosphoric acid and soluble phosphate, mixing soluble carbonate with filtrates, and filtering to obtain lithium carbonate. USE - The waste lithium iron phosphate battery is useful in new energy automobile and energy storage market, lectric vehicle, hybrid vehicle, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) and hydrogen-powered vehicle (HEV), and also used as raw material for preparing lithium iron phosphate anode active material for recycling. ADVANTAGE - The method recycles waste lithium iron phosphate battery with high recovery rate, high recovery product purity and lithium-ion battery application, obtains iron phosphate and lithium carbonate with high purity, and meets battery level standard.
