▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based polyurethane porous nanomaterial comprises components A and B mixed in mass ratio of 1-2:1, where the component A includes 30-60 wt.% polyether polyol, 10-30 wt.% polyester polyol, 0.05-5 wt.% chain extender, 5-30 wt.% graphene, 0.05-1 wt.% anti-structuring agent, 1-10 wt.% weak reinforcing agent, 1-10 wt.% foaming agent and 1-10 wt.% diluents, the component B includes 5-20 wt.% tackifying resin and tackifier, 10-50 wt.% isocyanate, 5-30 wt.% graphene, 0.05-1 wt.% anti-structuring agent, 1-10 wt.% weak reinforcement, 1-10 wt.% foam stabilizer and 0.1-25 wt.% functional additives. USE - Used as graphene-based polyurethane porous nanomaterial. ADVANTAGE - The porous nanomaterial has advantages of porosity and small relative density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based polyurethane porous nanomaterial, comprising (i) preparing component A includes (a) adding polyether Polyol and polyester Polyol to Reactor A and stirring until evenly dispersed, (b) adding chain extender, anti-structuring agent and diluent to reactor A and stirring under negative pressure until evenly dispersed, and (c) adding graphene, weak reinforcing agent and foaming agent to reactor A, and stirring under negative pressure to disperse evenly to obtain component A, and (ii) preparing component B includes (d) adding tackifying resin and tackifier, isocyanate, anti-structuring agent, foam stabilizer and functional additives to reactor B, stirring until dispersed evenly under negative pressure, and (f) adding graphene, weak reinforcing agent and foam leveling agent to reactor B, and stirring under negative pressure until evenly dispersed to obtain component B.
