NOVELTY - The material comprises manganese-containing compound, graphene preparing solid manganese oxide/graphene composite cathode material, and lithium containing compound i.e. lithium carbonate, with titanium containing compound, where mass ratio of the manganese-containing compound and graphite is 20:1-2:1, and mass ratio of the lithium containing compound and a titanium compound of lithium element to titanium element 3: 5-5: 5. USE - Manganese-based lithium battery composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves material first efficiency, cycle life and safety of a battery, and has specific capacity, high efficiency, better multiplying power performance, and non-reversible capacity.
