▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing low-platinum catalyst with non-noble metal catalyst as carrier, comprises (i) preparing M-N-C type non-noble metal catalyst, where, M is non-noble metal, and N content is more than 0.5 wt.%; (ii) using synthetic non-precious metal catalyst as a carrier, dispersing in a solvent, adding cerium salt, adding platinum salt under the protection of inert gas, where the mol ratio of cerium salt and platinum salt is 10: 1-1: 1, adjusting the solvent ratio pH to 7-14, subjecting platinum salt and cerium salt undergo oxidation-reduction reaction, after the reaction, carrying platinum and cerium oxide on the carrier, centrifuging product, vacuum-drying and grinding. USE - The catalyst useful as a fuel cell cathode catalyst in acidic or alkaline fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has excellent oxygen reducing activity and stability. The catalyst can maintain the original shape of the non-noble metal catalyst, by adjusting the proportion of platinum salt and cerium(IV) oxide in the reactant, and can be uniformly distributed on the carrier in a mixing manner, and there is no metal agglomeration phenomenon. The structure can promote the interaction of N, cerium(IV) oxide and platinum in the catalyst carrier, so as to adjust the electron distribution platnium, to improve the ORR activity. In addition, the catalyst has improved dispersibility of platinum it also can relieve the attenuation problem caused by oxidation of non-component by-product hydrogen peroxide.
