NOVELTY - The cover plate unit (10) has a first buffer film layer (11), a first rigid layer (21) and a second rigid layer (22) that are arranged orderly. The first rigid layer and the second rigid layer are respectively connected with two opposite surfaces of the first buffer film layer. The first buffer film layer is obtained by solidifying and forming the buffer film material through photo-curing method or thermosetting method. The buffer film material is comprised of polymer material, where the polymer material comprises polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, amino resin, alkyd resin and organic silicon resin. USE - Cover plate unit for flexible cover plate used in flexible display module (all claimed) such as flexible organic LED (FOLED) display module used for foldable display device. ADVANTAGE - The buffer film layer is good for improving the impact resistance of the cover plate unit, effectively absorbing and buffering the impact energy of the stress wave, so that the wavelength and amplitude of stress wave is reduced, and the first buffer film layers can realize the effective protection of the rigid layer. The first and second rigid layers have good interface bonding strength, and effectively prevent the first and the second buffer layers from extending or compressing, which is better for subsequent joint processing. The second buffer layer is formed by solidifying and forming the buffer film material through photo-curing method or heat curing method, and has good bonding strength with respect to the first rigid layer, thus effectively preventing the second rigid layer from compressing or extending or deforming.
