NOVELTY - The device has a shell (10) formed with a heat exchange through hole (15). Multiple electric heating plates are arranged in the shell. A central surface of the electric heating plate is arranged vertical to a bottom surface of the shell. The electric heating plates are arranged along a circumferential direction of the shell. The electric heating plates are provided with a first electric heating plate and a second electric heating plate. The first electric heating plate and the second electric heating plate are connected with each other through the heat exchange through hole. A heating layer is arranged on a base plate. A radiating layer is arranged on the heating layer. USE - Heating device. ADVANTAGE - The device can reduce volume occupied by the electric heating plate, increase number of the electric heating plate and improve heating power.
