USE - Manufacture of graphene dispersion liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene dispersion liquid gentle to global environment can be simply manufactured at very low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene dispersion-liquid manufacturing apparatus (1) comprising 1st flow path that is formed in straight form with which solution (L) formed by mixing graphite in dispersion medium opposes and flows, and mutually collides, 2nd flow path through which solution that carried out opposite collision flows into different direction from 1st flow path, and 3rd flow path through which solution isolates and flows into different direction from 2nd flow path.
