NOVELTY - Preparation of heat-conducting graphite/rubber composite material comprises taking nanosilica and dilute ammonia water at mass ratio of 0.5-1.4:2-3, adding graphene microsheet, stirring, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-3 hours, ball milling at 300-900 revolutions/minute for 12-18 hours, spray drying with compressed air at 200 degrees C and 0.2-1 MPa, spraying to paraffin oil, cooling, curing, adding ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and stearic acid, mixing, adding gamma -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane and aromatic oil, mixing at 100-120 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, milling, plasticizing for 2-3 minutes, coating, rolling, milling, rolling, increasing tension, scribing, cooling and storing. USE - Method for preparing heat-conducting graphite/rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has improved thermal conductivity.
