NOVELTY - Stress-response intelligent material comprises 40-58 pts. wt. polydiorganosiloxane, 8-14 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, 1-4 pts. wt. aluminum foam, 23-48 pts. wt. nano-nickel, 23-30 pts. wt. graphene, 12-19 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 23-45 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 1-8 pts. wt. vanadium dioxide, 23-38 pts. wt. sodium citrate, 24-35 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 21-28 pts. wt. azoisobutyronitrile, 10-18 pts. wt. N-isopropyl-acrylamide and 48-72 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as stress-response intelligent material. ADVANTAGE - The intelligent material has excellent stress response ability and energy absorption rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing stress-response intelligent material, comprising (i) heating vanadium dioxide to 70-80 degrees C, then adding N-isopropyl-acrylamide, mixing uniformly under stirring condition, adding carbon fiber and incubating for 10-20 minutes, filtering, then washing filter residue with deionized water, and drying to obtain vanadium dioxide loaded carbon fiber, (ii) heating silicon nitride and melting, adding graphene, incubating for 10-30 minutes under stirring condition, filtering, washing filter residue, and drying to obtain modified graphene, and (iii) adding polydiorganosiloxane, sodium borohydride, aluminum foam and nano-nickel into a reaction kettle, melting, adding sodium citrate, polyethylene glycol and azoisobutyronitrile, mixing uniformly under stirring condition, adding the vanadium dioxide loaded carbon fiber and modified graphene, stirring, then adding the obtained product into extruder, and extruding.
