NOVELTY - High temperature resistant powder coating comprises 4-50% graphene-modified resin, 2-3% curing agent, 10-20% mica powder, 10-20% talc, 5-15% hollow microsphere, 0.3-0.5% antifoaming agent, 0.5-1% flatting agent, 2-3% high-temperature resistant pigment and 0.1-0.3% auxiliary agent, where the graphene modified resin is a graphene modified epoxy resin and a graphene modified polyester resin, the graphene in the epoxy resin and the graphene in the graphene-modified polyester resin are graphene having a vinylpyrrolidone group. USE - Used as high temperature resistant powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating prevents the re-aggregation of graphene and increases permeability to the surface resistance of the substrate, which greatly increase the corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant powder coating, uniformly mixing graphene-modified resin, curing agent, mica powder, talc, hollow microspheres, antifoaming agent, flatting agent, high temperature resistant pigment and other auxiliary agents, subjecting to melt extrusion, pressing, cooling, fine pulverization, sieving and grading.
