NOVELTY - A graphene-doped magnesium alloy comprises 0.15-4% graphene, 6-8% aluminum, 5-7% titanium, 0.1-4% chromium, 0.1-4% nickel, 0.1-4% gallium, 0.1-4% samarium, 0.1-4% ytterbium, and balance magnesium. USE - Graphene-doped magnesium alloy. ADVANTAGE - The alloy has improved hardness, strength and fireproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-doped magnesium alloy comprising mixing metal powders with graphene, melting at 850-1100 degrees C, drawing, annealing at 350-800 degrees C, tempering at 700-800 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, and cooling.
