▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene/carbon fiber composite material, comprises: ultrasonically dissolving graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylamide, and then adding and stirring polyacrylonitrile for 24 hours at 60 degrees C to prepare an electrospinning solution; obtaining precursor of the graphene/carbon fiber composite material through an electrostatic spinning process; and pre-oxidizing and carbonizing the precursor of the graphene/carbon fiber composite material to obtain graphene/carbon fiber composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing the graphene/carbon fiber composite material, where the graphene/carbon fiber composite is useful in the field of electrical and thermal conductivity (claimed), preferably electric conduction and electric heating conversion in the technical scheme. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides the graphene/carbon fiber composite material with excellent thermal conductivity prepared by using carbon fibers with low price as a matrix and graphene oxide as an additive through simple electrospinning, is suitable for large-scale industrial production and can emit a large quantity of heat only by receiving low pressure; is low in cost, simple and easy to repeat, environment-friendly and pollution free, other chemicals that are not required to be used in the process of preparing the graphene/carbon fiber composite material, so that non-toxic and harmless in the experimental process ensured; and prepares the graphene/carbon fiber composite material which has a stable three-dimensional structure, is not easy to damage, and has certain conductivity and high-efficiency electric heat conversion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene/carbon fiber composite material prepared by the method, where the graphene/carbon fiber composite material has a three-dimensional space structure and the three-dimensional space structure is formed by crosslinking carbon fibers and graphene exists on the surface or inside of the carbon fibers.
