NOVELTY - The line has single layer/multi layer graphene rolled into a cylinder and taken as an inner conductor and an outer conductor of a coaxial line unit. The inner conductor and the outer conductor are filled with oxidized graphite as medium material, where radius of the inner conductor is 0.2-500nm, thickness of the medium material is 2000nm and thickness of the outer conductor is 0.34nm. USE - Full-carbon coaxial line for a radio frequency/microwave integrated circuit. ADVANTAGE - The line is small in size, and realizes directional transmission of electromagnetic wave guidance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a full-carbon coaxial line preparation method.
