NOVELTY - The system has a battery monitoring module for monitoring sub-health state battery damage in real time, determining use environment data corresponding to a sub-health state battery, and transmitting the use environment data to a cloud platform for storage. A damage evolving module inputs the use environment data corresponding to the sub-health state battery detected by the battery monitoring module into an evolution model, performs evolution of damage development process, establishes a coordinate axis of damage developing time, pre-analyzes time and nodes, and obtains an analysis result. A charging and discharging control module receives the analysis result and adjusts charging and discharging measures of a graphene battery according to the analysis result. USE - Charging and discharging management system for a graphene battery used in a mobile device and aerospace. ADVANTAGE - The charging and discharging control module receives the analysis result and adjusts the charging and discharging measures of the graphene battery according to the analysis result to prolong service life of the graphene battery and save charging energy consumption.
