NOVELTY - The method involves transferring graphene to a transparent substrate. Prism refractive index is calculated. An optical path light beam is passed via a prism. A reflection light beam is divided into s-polarized light and p-polarized light by a polarization beam splitter. The s-polarized and p-polarized lights are respectively irradiated on two upper balancing probe detectors. Cell suspension sample is placed in a micro-fluidic channel. Balance detector voltage signal is collected to obtain single cell result. Cell signal analyzing process is performed to obtain cell characteristic information. USE - Graphene single cell sensing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables measuring single cell distinguishing parameter, cell size and refractive index by a detection sensor in flexible and convenient manner.
