NOVELTY - The unit has a substrate provided with a graphene channel. Two ends of the graphene channel are respectively provided with drain electrodes and source electrodes. The drain electrode and the source electrode are provided with gate windows. The end of the drain electrode is connected with a metal gate of the gate window. The gate window is provided with the metal gate and a gate oxide layer. The graphene channel is formed with an oxide layer on the gate. The oxide layer is arranged on the surface of the substrate. USE - The feedback type two-end fuse storage unit for use in field of high reliability aerospace and war industry field-programmable gate array. ADVANTAGE - The storage unit obtains low programming voltage and low power consumption of the fuse device and can realize large area device preparation and save the process cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the feedback type two-end fuse storage unit.
