▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano silver-graphene modified cellulose antibacterial composite film, comprises 1-6 pts. wt. nano silver grafted graphene, 62-78 pts. wt. cellulose acetate, 16-22 pts. wt. chitosan, and 5-10 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde. USE - Used as a nano silver-graphene modified cellulose antibacterial composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film: enhances the compatibility and dispersibility of nano-silver and graphene oxide with cellulose acetate; and nano silver gives the film material excellent antibacterial properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano silver-graphene modified cellulose antibacterial composite film, comprising (a) adding 16-22 pts. wt. chitosan to the acetone solvent, dropwise adding acetic acid until the chitosan is dissolved, then adding 1-6 pts. wt. nano silver modified graphene to disperse evenly by ultrasound, adding 5-10 pts. wt. glutaric aldehyde, placing in an oil bath and heating and reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 6-12 hours, removing the solvent, washing and drying to prepare nano-silver grafted graphene cross-linked chitosan; and (b) in a mixed solvent of acetone and glycerin with a volume ratio of 4-8:1, adding nano-silver grafted graphene cross-linked chitosan and 62-78 pts. wt. cellulose acetate, and heating in an oil bath to 60-80 degrees C, stirring at a constant speed for 2-4 hours, pouring the solution into a film-forming mold, vacuum drying to remove the solvent, and hot-pressing the film with a tablet machine to prepare a nano-silver-graphene modified cellulose antibacterial composite film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The shows a schematic front view of the oil bath pan body.
