NOVELTY - Thermal conductive plastic comprises 20-50 parts mass thermal conductive filler, 4-10 parts mass graphene, 40-80 parts mass plastic base material, 0.5-1.5 parts mass surface treating agent, 0.3-1.2 parts mass epoxy adhesive, 0.2-0.5 part mass coupling agent and 0.1-1 part mass plasticizer. USE - Thermal conductive plastic. ADVANTAGE - The plastic has excellent thermal conductivity performance of graphene and filler and meets the requirements of thermal conductivity performance for use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the plastic, involving (a) stirring and mixing a whisker-shaped thermal conductive filler and surface treating agent, so that the surface treating agent is subjected to surface treatment of the thermal conductive filler and heating epoxy adhesive to obtain a mixed material, (b) mixing the mixed material with graphene and coupling agent to obtain a thermal conductive mixed material, and (c) mixing the thermal conductive mixed material with plastic base material and plasticizer, uniformly mixing in a mixer, feeding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion and granulation to obtain the finished product.
