NOVELTY - Flame-retardant cable insulation or sheathing material comprises 80-120 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, 50-90 pts. wt. plasticizer, 5-15 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 3-10 pts. wt. epoxy compound, 5-10 pts. wt. elastomer, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. flame retardant and 0.1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. The graphene is graphene having a surface treated with a coupling agent. USE - Flame-retardant cable insulation or sheathing material. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant cable insulation or sheathing material has electromagnetic shielding function, excellent flame retarding effect, high strength, good flexibility, high elongation at break, reaches shielding performance SE value to 17-50db, reaches single vertical burning test to V0 level, reaches tensile strength to more than 26MPa, reaches elongation at break to more than 240%, and has excellent mechanical properties.
