▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of titania/graphene composite material using super critical carbon dioxide involves (1) preparing graphene oxide by Hummer's method using crystalline flake graphite, freeze-drying, leaving still, (2) mixing the titanium-containing ester or inorganic salt solution with the graphene oxide, vacuuming in a high-pressure ball mill tank, pumping the carbon dioxide into the tank for grinding, (3) cooling the mixture to room temperature, discharging the carbon dioxide gas and taking out the reaction liquid, from the tank, placing in a PTFE hydrothermal kettle, and reacting at 100-200 degrees C for 6-60 hours, (4) taking out the product and soaking in 0.1 mol/L dilute hydrochloric acid, suction filtering, drying, performing carbonization by heating to 400-1000 degrees C at 20 degrees C/minute under protection of nitrogen or argon gas, for 0.5-12 hours, and cooling and grinding. USE - Preparation of titania/graphene composite material used as negative electrode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has small particles with uniform distribution.
