▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An optical fiber LSPR aptamer biosensor is coated on an optical fiber sensor by graphene oxide/gold nanoparticles composite material, and combined with T-2 nucleic acid aptamer. USE - The optical fiber LSPR aptamer biological sensor is useful for detecting T-2 toxin. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has high detection sensitivity to T-2 toxin, the lowest detection limit is 0.249 ng/ml, and the T-2 toxin specificity in the detection food is high; and the detection result is accurate and reliable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the optical fiber LSPR aptamer sensor.
