NOVELTY - Preparing lithium battery dry electrode comprises (i) uniformly mixing and dispersing conductive nanoparticles, epoxy resin, diluent, curing agent 1 and lipophilic emulsifier to obtain dispersion 1, (ii) dripping the electrolyte solution at constant speed into the dispersion liquid 1, stirring at constant temperature to obtain water-in-oil emulsion, (iii) uniformly mixing and dispersing the deionized water, hydrophilic emulsifier and curing agent 2, (iv) adding the water-in-oil emulsion into the dispersion 2, continuously stirring and emulsifying at a high speed to obtain a water-in-oil-in-water emulsion system, (v) heating the water-in-oil-in-water emulsion system, continuously stirring, and curing, (vi) centrifuging the cured water-in-oil-in- water emulsion system, washing and drying to obtain the nano conductive binder, and (vii) uniformly mixing and grinding the nano conductive binder, paving the mixed powder on aluminum foil, using hot press to press forming at high temperature. USE - The lithium battery dry electrode useful for lithium battery diaphragm in preparing battery-structure integrated composite material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lithium battery dry electrode utilizes the electrolyte solution as the inner aqueous phase of the water-in-oil emulsion increases the internal osmotic pressure of the emulsion, the emulsion is prevented from fusing, and increases the particle size.
