NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene/extracellular matrix composite support, comprises providing three-dimensional graphene foam support, coating the three-dimensional graphene foam support with poly-L-ornithine and laminin, seeding the cells secreting extracellular matrix on the coated three-dimensional graphene foam support, cell culturing, carrying out induction of extracellular matrix secretion and deposition, and performing decellularization. USE - The three-dimensional graphene/extracellular matrix composite support is useful in the fields of biomedicine and tissue engineering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene/extracellular matrix composite support: improves the hydrophilicity difference of the three-dimensional graphene, defect of low cell load rate; and provides excellent cell growth micro-environment and various cell factors, which is more beneficial for cell adhesion and proliferation differentiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for three-dimensional graphene/extracellular matrix composite support.
