▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene artificial cochlear electrode comprises a tip portion, a bent portion, a contact electrode, an electrode carrier, and an electrode wire, where the tip portion is provided at the foremost portion of the cochlear implant electrode. The electrode carrier wraps the electrode wire and half-wraps the contact electrode connected to the electrode wire one by one, and the bent portion is an annular groove provided on the electrode carrier. The contact electrode comprises an inner contact and an outer contact, when the bend is used, the inner contact faces the worm shaft and the outer contact faces away from the worm shaft, and the electrode wire is wave-shaped. USE - Graphene artificial cochlear electrode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene artificial cochlear electrode has enhanced biological activity on surface of contact electrode, and promotes the implant material as target peripheral nerve is formed and integrated to achieve the biological activity and biological compatibility of the artificial cochlea electrode contact surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a graphene artificial cochlear electrode, which involves performing laser cutting and stamping after high-pressure annealing and rolling into a sheet, annealing, cold drawing and straightening the platinum-iridium alloy blank into platinum-iridium alloy wire, treating the platinum and iridium alloy wire with wave shape, that is, the electrode wire, performing welding contact electrodes and electrode wires, ultrasonic cleaning and plasma treatment, after arranging the contact electrodes and the electrode wires and performing injection molding to form a circular groove on the electrode carrier and performing the laser cutting, cleaning and electrical inspection of the exposed surface of the contact electrode.
