▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano graphene and manganese borax composite metal working fluid comprises extreme pressure additive, dispersant, anti-rusting agent, and deionized water. The extreme pressure agent comprises 0.2-6 wt.% nano graphene, and 0.1-3 wt.% nano-manganese boron stone. The dispersant comprises 1-2.5 wt.% aqueous boric acid ester, 0.1-3 wt.% sodium polyacrylate, 2-6 wt.% glycerol, 10-18 wt.% polyethylene glycol, 2-20 wt.% triethanolamine, and 0.1-3 wt.% sodium hexametaphosphate. The anti-rusting agent comprises 0.5-8 wt.% aniline, and 0.1-5 wt.% sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate. USE - Used as nano graphene and manganese borax composite metal working fluid. ADVANTAGE - The fluid: has excellent stability, antibacterial, corrosion inhibition, rust prevention, and excellent lubricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano graphene and manganese borax composite metal working fluid, comprising adding dispersant, ant-rusting agent, and deionized water to the reaction kettle, heating, stirring, when the temperature reaches 60-80 degrees C, then adding extreme pressure agent, maintaining temperature, continuously stirring for 25-40 minutes, then stopping heating, continuously stirring to room temperature to obtain white suspension metal working fluid.
