▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing wide frequency spectrum wave-absorbing material comprises (i) preparing woven material composed of quartz glass, (ii) using plasma under vacuum condition, pre-processing surface of the woven material, (iii) under predetermined temperature and pressure condition, the surface of the woven material after pre-processing for growing silicon carbide, (iv) introducing carbon source into reaction space, growing carbon material to form composite fiber material, (v) mixing ferrite and insulating resin material, and forming magnetic slurry, and (vi) coating magnetic slurry on woven material to solidify. USE - The method is useful for preparing wide frequency spectrum wave-absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, low density and light, and soft and thin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) wide frequency spectrum wave-absorbing material comprising a woven material composed of quartz glass, a silicon carbide precursor layer grown on the woven material, a graphite or graphene layer grown on the outer side of the silicon carbide precursor layer and a magnetic slurry coated in the gap of the woven material; and (2) wide frequency spectrum wave-absorbing material.
