NOVELTY - Preparing protective oil for gun, comprises adding 0.5-3.4 pts. wt. synthetic barium sulfonate, 4.8-12.6 pts. wt. graphene modified iron oleate/silicon polymer and 1.2-4.8 pts. wt. petroleum sodium sulfonate into 80-120 pts. wt. base oil, controlling the temperature to 40-70 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding 0.8-1.6 pts. wt. barium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate, 0.1-0.9 pts. wt. lanolin magnesium soap, 0.05-0.3 pts. wt. benzotriazole and 0.5-2 pts. wt. dodecenyl succinic acid, continuously stirring for 10-30 minutes and adding 3-6 pts. wt. lanolin and 0.8-2.6 pts. wt. N-oleoyl creatinine stearylamine, continuously stirring for 5-20 minutes, adding 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. sorbitol fatty acid ester, and 0.8-2.8 pts. wt. antioxidant, stirring and mixing evenly to obtain the final product. USE - The method for preparing protective oil useful for gun, preferably artillery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases the adhesion of the protective oil on the surface of the workpiece and the tightness of the oil film to achieve a better protective effect, makes the artillery components durable and prevents corrosion in the harsh environment of the field, has a simple preparation method, economical and easily available raw materials.
