▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The bolometer has a substrate i.e. insulating/conductive substrate, formed with a groove that is located on a suspended graphene quantum dot, where diameter of the graphite alkene quantum dot is less than 50 nm and length of the graphite alkene quantum dot is about 10-200 nm. The graphene quantum dot is connected two ends of a graphene strip. The graphene strip extends out of a graphene film. A graphene electrode i.e. metal electrode, is formed on the substrate that is fixed at two sides of the groove. The substrate is covered with an insulating layer. USE - Graphene quantum dot based bolometer for use in far infrared and terahertz wave solar photoelectric detection fields. ADVANTAGE - The bolometer reduces heat insulation effect caused by device temperature change and realizes efficient photoelectric detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-based quantum dot bolometer preparation method.
