NOVELTY - A coating comprises bottom layer formed by coating primer and surface layer formed by applying surface coating. The primer comprises 100 pts. wt. furan-modified epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. titanium sol, 10-20 pts. wt. alpha , omega -dihydroxy-terminated silicone resin, 10-25 pts. wt. filler, 2-4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0-3 pts. wt. film-forming aid, 0-2 pts. wt. defoamer, 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent and 80-100 pts. wt. diluents. The surface coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. inorganic binder, 20-40 pts. wt. branched acrylic acid-modified silicone resin, 4-8 pts. wt. nickel-coated silicon carbide particles, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-thermal conductive particles, 2-5 pts. wt. fluoroalkylsilane coupling agent, 3-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. rheological additive and 30-50 pts. wt. diluent. USE - Coating used in construction method for reducing fly ash adhesion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent impact resistance and high-temperature corrosion resistance, thereby avoiding the erosion of fly ash, and ensuring the cohesion of the coating during the subsequent soot blowing step. The surface of the coating is smooth and dense, and has low coefficient of friction and surface ability, and can prevent the adhesion of fly ash. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the coating, which involves mixing titanium sol, silane coupling agent and filler, add 1/4 amount of diluent and dispersant and stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain mixture (A), mixing furan-modified epoxy resin and remaining amount of diluent, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding alpha , omega -dihydroxy-terminated silicone resin, stirring with film-forming aid for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixture (B), stirring the mixtures (A) and (B) for 10-20 minutes, adding defoamer and curing agent, stirring to obtain primer, mixing branched acrylic acid-modified silicone resin, nickel-coated silicon carbide particles, nano-thermal conductive particles, dispersant and diluent, and grinding for 20-40 minutes, adding inorganic binder, fluoroalkylsilane coupling agent, defoamer, leveling agent, rheological additive, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain surface coating; and (2) construction method of the coating to reduce fly ash adhesion, which involves removing the oil and rust from substrate until reaches Sa2.5 grade level, controlling the construction environment at 15-35 degrees C and relative humidity to 0-70%, air spraying to control the air inlet pressure to 0.3-0.6 MPa, controlling distance between the spray gun and the coated surface to be 20-50 cm, spray width to be 20-50 cm and angle between the spray gun and the coated surface to be 45-90 degrees , controlling wet film thickness of the bottom coating to 40-60 mu m after surface drying for 30-50 minutes, continuously spraying surface coating, controlling wet film thickness of the surface coating to 10-20 mu m after surface drying for 30-50 minutes, heating to 70-80 degrees C and drying for 10-30 minutes to form coating that reduces fly ash adhesion.
