NOVELTY - Five-person and three-in-one tumor marker detection kit comprises immune response chip, sensor chip, standard protein for calibrating the detection performance of the kit, and buffer solution for cleaning the immune reaction chip and diluting the standard protein. The immune reaction chip is bonded and sealed with the sensor chip. The sensor chip includes multiple reaction units, and each reaction unit is filled with a reaction liquid, which reacts with the detection antibody labeled with nanoparticles in the immune reaction chip, and the concentration of the tumor marker is obtained by the pressure value generated after the gas is generated. The immune reaction chip includes a base layer and a sample loading layer. The sample loading layer is bonded to the base layer, and the base layer sequentially includes a glass substrate (5), a graphene oxide quantum dot nanomaterial layer and a capture antibody from bottom to top. USE - Used as five-person and three-in-one tumor marker detection kit.
