NOVELTY - A lithium metal phosphate in-situ composite graphene preparing method involves mixing 0.5-1.5 mol/L phosphoric acid solution with polyethylene glycol 400, adding 4-5 mol/L lithium hydroxide solution, mixing and reacting, controlling lithium/phosphorus molar ratio of 3:1-3.5:1, stirring, after 20-40 minutes, adding the graphene oxide solution and the saturated metal sulfate solution to control the metal/phosphorus molar ratio to 1:1, continuously stirring for 30-60 minutes to prepare a precursor liquid. The precursor liquid is placed in a microwave reaction system for microwave reaction under a microwave reaction temperature of 160-200 degrees C and microwave reaction power of 800-1000 W for 5-40 minutes to obtain a precipitate. The precipitate is subjected to centrifugal washing and lyophilization to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing lithium metal phosphate in-situ composite graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing lithium metal phosphate in-situ composite graphene with high electrochemical performance, improved conductivity and stability, in simple and fast manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium metal phosphate (LiMPO4) in-situ composite graphene preparing method involves mixing 0.5-1.5 mol/L phosphoric acid solution with polyethylene glycol 400, adding 4-5 mol/L lithium hydroxide solution, mixing and reacting, controlling lithium/phosphorus molar ratio to 3:1-3.5:1, stirring, after 20-40 minutes, adding the graphene oxide solution and the saturated metal sulfate (MSO4) solution to control the metal/phosphorus molar ratio to 1:1, continuously stirring for 30-60 minutes to prepare a precursor liquid. The precursor liquid is placed in a microwave reaction system for microwave reaction under a microwave reaction temperature of 160-200 degrees C and microwave reaction power of 800-1000 W for 5-40 minutes to obtain a precipitate. The precipitate is subjected to centrifugal washing and lyophilization to obtain the finished product, where M is iron-manganese-cobalt compound (FexMnyCoz), x, y, z are selected in a range of 0-1, and x+y+z is1.
