NOVELTY - Manufacturing surgical cap material, comprises (a) adding butylene terephthalate, trifluoroacetic acid and methylene dichloride into a stirring kettle, stirring at 500-800 revolutions/minute for 1-1.5 hours to obtain a polyester solution, (b) adding an antibacterial agent and polyester solution into the stirring kettle, stirring at 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minute at a frequency of 5-8 MHz, performing ultrasonic treatment for 1-1.5 hours to obtain a spinning solution, and (c) adding the spinning solution into an electrostatic spinning device, and spinning for 0.001-0.003 mm/second with a spinning voltage of 22-25 kV and the receiving distance of 5-8 cm to obtain the surgical cap material. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing surgical cap material. ADVANTAGE - The surgical cap material includes antibacterial agent, which reduces the cell membrane penetration ability of bacteria to cause the bacteria cell death, denatures the bacterial protein and prevents bacterial metabolism to kill bacteria, and is not easy to breed bacteria.
