▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cathode material of lithium ion batteries, comprises (i) dissolving copper salt, nickel salt, graphene oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone and 2-methylimidazole in a solvent, and magnetically stirring to obtain a mixed solution, (ii) transferring the above mixed solution to a polytetrafluoroethylene stainless steel reactor for solvothermal reaction, (iii) filtering, washing, vacuum drying, and pyrolyzing the obtained product in an inert atmosphere at 750-850 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain product A, and (iv) adding product A to 20-30 ml thioacetamide ethylene glycol solution, ultrasonically stirring, transferring to a quartz boat, and calcining in an inert atmosphere at 280-320 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain a black powder, centrifugally washing with deionized water and absolute ethanol for many times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven. USE - The method is useful for preparing cathode material of lithium ion batteries (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for cathode material of lithium ion batteries which comprises porous carbon containing copper and nickel supported on the surface of graphene, and both graphene and porous carbon are co-doped with nitrogen and sulfur.
