NOVELTY - The preparing method involves putting and mixing 1-5 wt. % graphite and 95-99 wt.% copper powder in ball mill and performing cold pressing to form copper-graphite middle alloy, smelting copper with 99.9 percent purity in intermediate frequency furnace, adding 0.03-2 wt.% copper on melt of rare earth to obtain copper-rare earth alloy melt, adding copper-rare earth alloy to10-30 wt.% of middle-graphite alloy, casting mixture to obtain composite material, and annealing composite material after extrusion or rolling process to form graphene enhanced copper base electric contact material. USE - Preparing method for graphene enhanced copper base electric contact material. ADVANTAGE - Provides graphene enhanced copper base electric contact material that is easy to prepare, with good conductivity, stable low contact resistance, good anti-welding property, and high hardness.
