NOVELTY - Producing transparent conductive films from graphene, comprises: growing graphene on a foil of a first element forming a stack of graphene/first element; coating both sides of the stack of graphene/first element; etching the first element of the stack of graphene/first element by an aqueous solution; washing the stack of graphene/polymer; placing the washed stack of graphene/polymer on a target substrate and dried; dropping a liquid polymer solution on the dried stack; dissolving the liquid polymer solution; and transferring the graphene film onto a flexible substrate. USE - The method is useful for producing transparent conductive films from graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently produces transparent conducting film with multi-layers of graphene films which exhibit high conductance and transparency, and high mechanical strength and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing transparent conductive films from graphene, comprises: growing graphene on a foil of a first element forming a stack of graphene/first element; coating both sides of the stack of graphene/first element with a polymer film; etching the first element of the stack of graphene/first element by an aqueous solution where graphene films are left attached to the polymer film thus forming a stack of graphene/polymer; washing the stack of graphene/polymer with distilled water; placing the washed stack of graphene/polymer on a target substrate and dried; dropping a liquid polymer solution on the dried stack of graphene/polymer on the target substrate thus at least partially dissolving the polymer film of the stack of graphene/polymer; dissolving the liquid polymer solution after the liquid polymer solution has solidified thus leaving a graphene film on the target substrate; and transferring the graphene film onto a flexible substrate. Method (100) Grow graphene from methane on thin copper foil by chemical vapor deposition (101) Coat on both sides of graphene/copper stack with a polymer film (102) Etch copper of graphene/copper stack by an aqueous solution of iron nitrate where graphene films are left attached to polymer films (103) Wash graphene/polymer stacks with distilled water (104) Place washed graphene/polymer stacks on target substrate and dried (105) Drop appropriate amount of a liquid polymer solution on cured polymer layer thus partially or fully dissolving coated polymer film (106) Dissolve liquid polymer after it has solidified by acetone thus leaving the graphene film on the target substrate (107) Repeat above process to form subsequent graphene films on the target substrates (108) Transfer graphene films onto flexible substrate on top of another thus forming multi-layer graphene films (109)
