▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has an insulating layer (510) formed on a substrate (500). A temperature sensor electrode (520) is formed on one side of the substrate, and a blocking layer (530) is formed in a partial region of the insulation layer while covering the electrode. Temperature sensor pad electrodes (560) are electrically connected to the electrode, and humidity sensor electrodes are formed on other sides of the region. Moisture-sensitive layers are formed to cover the temperature sensor electrode and the humidity sensor electrodes, and are made of thermosetting polyimide or graphene oxide. The blocking layer made of polymer is formed by polymer. USE - The integrated temperature-humidity composite sensor is useful in home appliances, medical devices, houses, offices, buildings, factories for product production, and greenhouses for crop cultivation is increasing. ADVANTAGE - The integrated temperature-humidity composite sensor comprises a blocking layer that is formed on a partial region of an insulating layer, where humidity sensor electrode is electrically connected to a temperature sensor electrode, and thus enables to easily grasp the temperature and humidity, reduces the size of the sensor, simplifies the process, reduces manufacturing cost, increases yield, and enables mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the method for manufacturing integrated temperature-humidity composite sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of moisture-sensitive layer.
