NOVELTY - A multi-component flame-retardant masterbatch comprises 1-25 pts. wt. graphene, 20-70 pts. wt. halogen-free flame retardant, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, and 5-40 pts. wt. carrier. USE - Multi-component flame-retardant masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The multi-component flame-retardant masterbatch has excellent thermal stability, mechanical characteristics, excellent compatibility between masterbatch and polymer matrix, and uniform dispersibility with respect to polymer matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of multi-component flame-retardant masterbatch, which involves adding raw materials to high-speed mixer, mixing, extruding obtained mixture, heating and granulating.
